Abstract
New interesting two-dimensional bi-metallic coordination polymers {FeII(3-fluoropyridine)2[AuI(CN)2]2}n (1), {MnII(3-fluoropyridine)2[AuI(CN)2]2}n (2) were synthesized and characterized by using single-crystal X-ray analysis and IR and elemental analyses and magnetic measurements. We have found that both compounds show strong fluorescent emissions in the solid state at room temperature.
