Copper(II) complexes with 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidine and its 5,7-dimethyl derivative

The crystal structure of five mononuclear Cu(II) complexes containing 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (tp) or its 5,7-dimethyl derivative (dmtp) as main ligands and ethylenediamine or 1,10-phenanthroline as auxiliary ligands and the structure of a dinuclear compound with a μ-hydroxo and a N3,N4-bridging tp ligand are described.
