Abstract
Two novel isostructual MnII/CdII trimellitic complexes with 2,2â²:6â²,2â³-terpyridine ligand are described, which exhibit two-dimensional rhombic network based on the metallic dimers and Htma2â anions with the tpy ligands in void. Fluorescence spectra exhibit the Ï - Ï* transition of two organic ligands.
