Abstract
Metal–organic coordination compounds containing sulfur functionality have attracted much attention because of their intriguing architectures and applications. In this review, the synthesis of different coordination modes, structural features and applications of complexes derived from diaryl sulfide have been discussed in the absence or presence of other donor groups.
