Abstract
⺠Dielectric relaxation in potassium yttrium orthophosphate doped by 1% and 5% of Yb3+ ions was investigated. ⺠Activated and non-activated processes were found. ⺠Activation energies for thermally activated processes were calculated. ⺠For other processes n and m coefficients were pointed out.
