Abstract
⺠F(abâ²)2 fragment was obtained by pepsin digestion of rabbit anti-AFB1 antibody (Ab1). ⺠Ab2 was generated upon the immunization of mice with F(abâ²)2 fragment. ⺠The characterization of Ab2 was investigated by icELISA. ⺠The fluorescence spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectrum were employed to study interaction among F(abâ²)2, AFB1 and Ab2.
