Abstract
⺠A facile synthesis of 4-alkoxylated 2-hydroxybenzophenones. ⺠MS, 1H NMR, X-ray of 2-hydroxybenzophenones. ⺠Molecular structures are stabilized by hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions. ⺠Alkoxy group influences intermolecular H-bonds and molecular stacking mode.
