Abstract
⺠Novel derivatives of isoindoline, were prepared. ⺠Structures of all compounds were determined by X-ray diffraction, one-and two-dimensional 1H and 13C NMR, IR, MS, and UV/Vis spectroscopy. ⺠The conformations of phenyl-substituted compounds differ from those with pyridine nuclei in solution. ⺠Diffrence between solution and solid state structure were noticed. ⺠All compounds showed antiproliferative activity in vitro with different effects on all cell lines.
