Abstract
⺠1D- and 2D-IR was utilized for the macroscopic fingerprinting of Phyllagathis rotundifolia. ⺠The visual 2D-IR spectra enhance characteristic IR fingerprint. ⺠IR spectroscopy with PCA could detect mixtures of P. rotundifolia and P. praetermissa. ⺠IR spectroscopic fingerprinting is useful in quality control of P. rotundifolia.
