Abstract
⺠A dinuclear CdII complex was synthesized by using a metal-organic synthon. ⺠Structural analysis revealed an oligomeric complex with two distinct chromophores. ⺠Intermolecular hydrogen bonds contribute to the formation of a 2D network. ⺠The complex shows interesting photoluminescence property in the solid state.
