Abstract
⺠The compound was characterized by IR, UV-Vis and X-ray crystallography. ⺠Molecular geometry was determined by DFT method. ⺠The total energy of the compound decreases with increasing polarity of the solvent. ⺠The compound is a good candidate of nonlinear optical material.
