Abstract
Zirconium complexes that contain bidentate amido ligands, Zr2{EtN(CH2)3NEt}4 (1), Zr2{PhN(CH2)2NPh}4 (2), Zr{Me3SiN(CH2)3NSiMe3}2 (3) and Zr{trans-N,N′-diphenyl-1,2-diaminocyclohexane}Cl2(THF)2 (4), have been prepared by the reaction of lithium diamido reagents with ZrCl4, and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The molecular structures of complexes 1–4 are discussed.
