Abstract
⺠We have prepared TC based TTBNc thinfilms and reported it for the first time. ⺠Air and vacuum post deposition annealing is done on TTBNc thinfilms. ⺠DC electrical conductivity is taken for Silver coated TTBNc thinfilms. ⺠Transparent semiconducting nature is confirmed from optical and electrical studies. ⺠Thinfilm nanotechnology applications can be suggested from the structural studies.
