Abstract
⺠SRM fine fraction is not suitable for obtaining sinter-crystallized glass-ceramic. ⺠SRM coarse fraction is suitable for obtaining sinter-crystallized glass-ceramic. ⺠Theoretical studies are in agreement with experimental results. ⺠The crystallization depends on both atmosphere and the heating rate. ⺠Lower firing temperature and time were achieved with respect to commercial products.
