Abstract
⺠We study the effect of Te atoms on amorphous As-Se melts. ⺠Te atom could have a similar role in the structure formation, than Se atom has. ⺠By analyzing the ellipsometric data the optical constants was established. ⺠FTIR spectra analysis has detected vibrational bands related to impurity bonds.
