Abstract
⺠Crystallization kinetics in SexTe(1 â x) glassy system was studied by DSC. ⺠All studied compositions are able to be described by JMA model. ⺠Crystallization mechanism changes with composition. ⺠In Se-Te system surface and internal crystallization mechanisms are competing. ⺠For higher Te contents the surface crystallization is restrained.
