Abstract
The glasses in the MnNbOF5-BaF2-BiF3 systems were synthesized. The characteristic temperatures were measured and the peculiarities of crystallization were discussed. Multistage crystallization was detected for the most glasses in the system studied. The compositions of crystal phases in the glasses with different Ba/Bi and MnNbOF5 contents were determined. The glass structure was investigated by vibration spectroscopy methods and the structural peculiarities of the middle region order (MRO) were discussed.
