Abstract
Silver-doped borosilicate antibacterial glass was prepared by the melting method. By changing the glass composition, the slow release property of the antibacterial active composition was adjusted and the deoxidization of Ag+ was restrained. The structure and properties of the glass were characterized by SEM, IRE, AAS and antibacterial ring test. The results show that the glass has excellent antibacterial, release silver and infrared radiation properties.
