Abstract
The local environment of antimony atoms in vitreous samples of 10 mol% Sb2Te3 section of the Sb2Se3–As2Se3–Sb2Te3 pseudo-ternary has been studied by mean of 121Sb Mössbauer spectroscopy. The Mössbauer parameters (Γ, δ and Δ) show respectively one environment type for antimony, a decrease of the s-electron density and one less distorted local environment of Sb to 50 and 70 mol% As2Se3 and one more distorted to 75 and 90 mol% As2Se3 on the section 10 mol% Sb2Te3.
