Abstract
Properties of ferroelectric triglycine sulphate (TGS) confined within a porous glass were investigated. The results of dielectric, pyroelectric and thermal expansion measurements for glasses with different sizes of pores embedded with TGS are presented. A positive shift of the phase transition temperature inversely proportional to the pore dimension was observed. A negative shift of the phase transition temperature for methylammonium halogenoantimonate (MAPCB) embedded into porous glasses was determined based on the dielectric measurement results.
