Abstract
⺠This paper studied a bound magnetopolaron in a 2D symmetric semiconductor QD. ⺠An all-coupling variational approach is employed to obtain the GS and ES energies. ⺠An analysis of how the cyclotron mass depends on the confinement length is presented. ⺠An analysis of how the cyclotron mass depends on impurity strength is presented.
