Abstract
⺠Calculation of 3D heat conduction through solids using the Discrete Element Method. ⺠Development of a method to obtain local conductivity value for each Discrete Element. ⺠Meshless method appropriate to be used in complex thermo-mechanical interfaces. ⺠The method exactly fits finite difference method for organised domains. ⺠Validation by 3D comparison with FEM for the general case.
