Abstract
⺠Interstitial C/N can reduce the vacancy formation energy nearby. ⺠The interstitial C/N can attract other interstitial C/N. ⺠The C/N is easily trapped by the vacancy. ⺠The interstitial C/N enhances the self-interstitial cluster formation.
