Abstract
⺠The re-solution process of Xe atoms from intragranular bubbles was studied. ⺠Re-solution due to primary knock-on atom (PKA) and thermal spike (TS) was considered. ⺠The analysis shows that TS are much more effective at re-solution than are PKAs. ⺠The number of re-solved atoms by TS is independent of the bubble size and pressure.
