Abstract
⺠Deuterium permeation behavior of alumina coating by MOCVD is investigated. ⺠The as-prepared alumina is amorphous. ⺠The alumina coating is dense and well adherent to substrate. ⺠Deuterium permeation rate of alumina coating is 2-3 orders of magnitude lower than martensitic steels.
