Abstract
⺠Peroxytitanic acid used as titanium source for synroc precursor synthesis. ⺠15 wt.% simulated high level nuclear waste was immobilized in synroc matrix. ⺠Synroc precursor obtained was nanocrystalline having a very high surface area. ⺠Synthesis method minimizes generation of secondary waste and cost effective.
