Abstract
CoZnO thin film is deposited at withdrawal speed of 250 mm/s on glass substrate by sol-gel dip coating process. Structural, optical and magnetic properties of these films are investigated by XRD, VSM, Ellipsometry, UV-Visible spectroscopy and SEM. XRD pattern shows that thin film displays crystalline behavior along with wurtzite structure. From the UV-Visible spectroscopy the optical band gap of thin film is found to be 3.55 eV. VSM study shows that thin film exhibits ferromagnetic behavior. SEM results confirmed that CoZnO thin film has attained porous surface.
