Abstract
⺠We present a novel reconstruction method for partially discrete electron tomography. ⺠It accurately segments dense nanoparticles directly during reconstruction. ⺠The gray level to use for the nanoparticles is determined objectively. ⺠The method expands the set of samples for which discrete tomography can be applied.
