Abstract
⺠The potential application of SWCNTs as mass sensors is examined using RKPM. ⺠Nonlocal Rayleigh, Timoshenko, and higher-order beam models are adopted. ⺠Frequency shift ratio (FSR) of a SWCNT due to arbitrarily added nano-objects is studied. ⺠Influential parameters on FSRs of SWCNTs under different conditions are introduced. ⺠The capabilities of the proposed models in capturing FSRs of SWCNTs are examined.
