Abstract
⺠A new composite varistor made of GaAs, PANI and PE has been introduced. ⺠We could reach lower breakdown voltages by increasing temperature. ⺠As temperature increases, hysteresis of the varistor and its nonlinearity decrease. ⺠Annealing the varistor for 4 h period improves its properties. ⺠Varistors annealed more than 4 h period, lose their homogeneous structure.
