Abstract
► A new composite varistor made of GaAs, PANI and PE has been introduced. ► We could reach lower breakdown voltages by increasing temperature. ► As temperature increases, hysteresis of the varistor and its nonlinearity decrease. ► Annealing the varistor for 4 h period improves its properties. ► Varistors annealed more than 4 h period, lose their homogeneous structure.
