Abstract
⺠ITO, SnO2, and In2O3 nanostructure growth was studied for different temperatures. ⺠At several substrate temperatures, SiOx nanowires are also obtained. ⺠Low sheet resistances are obtained for In2O3 and ITO nanostructures.
