Abstract
⺠The effects of co-doping (La and Tm) on the dielectric properties was investigated. ⺠The dielectric constant was improved by the extra electron via the La doping. ⺠The Tm addition suppressed an abnormal grain growth and affected the TCC of BaTiO3. ⺠The dielectric constant of BaTiO3 was increased despite the decline of tetragonality. ⺠Because La3+ ion acting as donor affected the improvement of remanent polarization.
