Abstract
► The effects of co-doping (La and Tm) on the dielectric properties was investigated. ► The dielectric constant was improved by the extra electron via the La doping. ► The Tm addition suppressed an abnormal grain growth and affected the TCC of BaTiO3. ► The dielectric constant of BaTiO3 was increased despite the decline of tetragonality. ► Because La3+ ion acting as donor affected the improvement of remanent polarization.
