Abstract
⺠We present a high-efficient particle trapping chip using air bubble plugs and membrane. ⺠The air bubble plugs block the particle passage at the edges of channel. ⺠Therefore, all particles flow through the uniform membrane gap in the channel. ⺠We verified the particle trapping efficiency of 100% at the flow rate of 10 μl/min. ⺠The present device is applicable in the high-efficient micro total analysis system.
