Abstract
⺠ZnO thin films were deposited by laser ablation in a controlled oxygen atmosphere. ⺠Influence of the substrate temperature on the films properties was investigated. ⺠Structural properties were investigated by several spectroscopic techniques. ⺠Samples grown at T = 300 °C showed better structural and optical properties.
