Abstract
► We fabricated Inx(S,O,OH)y films by using chemical bath deposition. ► Fabricated films were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, SEM and AFM measurements. ► We compared optical and electrical properties of two Inx(S,O,OH)y films, which were deposited for 25 min and 30 min. ► Results of UV-visible spectroscopy lead to conclude that our Inx(S,O,OH)y films had direct band gap of 2.4∼2.8 eV.
