Abstract
⺠Bi2S3 as a semiconducting material. ⺠Acid-catalyst hydrothermal reaction enables to form nanorods. ⺠By adding the appropriate HEC content, urchin-like colonies would be synthesized. ⺠The promising material for photoluminescence and solar energy converters.
