Abstract
► In this paper, we report theory and experimental part of characteristics enhancement of LED. ► Optical, electrical and optoelectronic features were enhanced by Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic substrate (LTCC) package model. ► Dielectric removal in Chip on Board (COB) reformed as LTCC package, which improves quality in thermal aspect.
