Abstract
⺠We elucidate the exact adsorption site (bridge site) on monolayer EG by the interaction through [2 + 1] cycloaddition reaction with scanning tunneling microscope. ⺠We also confirmed C (graphene)-N (nitrene) bonding feature using high resolution photoemission spectroscopy. âºÂ We find that nitrene being included in ATMT molecule acts as n-type dopant on EG.
