Abstract
⺠We synthesize SnO2 nanowires mixed nanodendrites using carbothermal reduction. ⺠Formation of nanodendrites is explained based on oxygen content. ⺠Presence of nanodendtrites increases surface to volume ratio of nanowires. ⺠Increase of surface to volume ratio improves sensor response.
