Abstract
⺠We study the frequency of a cracked nanobeam using nonlocal elasticity theory. ⺠The frequency decreases with an increase of the crack parameter. ⺠Increasing nonlocal parameter leads to decrease in crack effect on the frequency. ⺠The frequency decreases when the crack location is near the support.
