Abstract
⺠We study the effect of boron on the Band gap energies of BGaAs alloys. ⺠The gap energy of BGaAs decrease when increasing the boron composition. ⺠We determine the absorption spectrum of BGaAs alloys. ⺠We determine the thermal conductivity of BGaAs alloys.
