Abstract
For soft tissue depiction of the orbit, MRI was superior to MSCT. Particularly, proton density weighting proved to be the best sequence for soft tissue volume segmentation, allowing determination of the cause and degree of posttraumatic enophthalmos in reconstructed orbits.
