Abstract
Electrodeposited Co–P multilayer films were formed by means of controlling stirring conditions and current density under DC electrolysis. The multilayer films comprise amorphous and nanocrystalline layers having a periodicity of several tens of nanometers. The measurement results of the magnetic property of the films are consistent with the above result.
