Abstract
We report a project of the Super-tau-charm factory developed in the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics in Novosibirsk. An e−e+ collider covering a center-of-mass (c.m.) energy range from 2 to 5 GeV with a maximum luminosity of 1035cm−2s−1 is designed to study physics of τ lepton, charmed hadrons and e+e− annihilation with very high precision.
