Abstract
The BESIII experiment in Beijing started data taking for physics since 2009. For the moment the world largest samples of J/ψ, ψ(3686), ψ(3770) and ψ(4040) data have been collected. The hadron spectroscopy, as one of the main physics goals, was extensively studied and many important progresses were achieved these years. The recent results including light hadron spectroscopy and the observations of the charmonium-like Zc particles were presented in this report.
