Abstract
Tuning effect in particle masses consisted in integer relations between masses of leptons and hadrons and the important role of QED radiative correction was analyzed in view of the recently measured mass of the scalar field and new estimation of neutron/electron mass ratio. An involvement of constituent quark masses in this effect is also confirmed.
