Abstract
Recent results on mesonless absorption of stopped K− by 2,3,4 nucleons are discussed. It is possibly related to the existence of antikaon–nuclear quasibound states. Short reviews of the theoretical effort and on results from measurements with other reactions are presented. An outlook of the information that should be obtained in the near future is finally given.
