Abstract
The Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP) produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions displays fascinating new properties. Charm is one of the rare probes of the QGP. A multiphase transport (AMPT) model is used to study the final state interactions of charm quarks with the QGP. Results on open charm (D mesons) and hidden charm (J/ψ) will be presented as different aspects of charm final state interactions.
