Abstract
Thermal generation of baryon number asymmetry in the Universe is studied in a radiative neutrino mass model with an inert doublet scalar. We show that the sufficient baryon number asymmetry can be produced through resonant leptogenesis under rather mild degeneracy between right-handed neutrinos compared with the ordinary TeV-scale seesaw scenario.
