Abstract

Measurements of production, couplings and spin properties of the recently discovered Higgs boson using the most sensitive channels, H→γγ, H→ZZ→4l and H→WW→lνlν, are presented. The results are based on the first LHC run of pp collision data recorded by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the CERN Large Hadron Collider at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about . Other important final states are also briefly described, such as H→ττ, H→bb, H→Zγ and H→μμ. All studies are consistent with the expectation for the Standard Model Higgs boson. Finally, two searches for resonances up to 1 TeV are summarised, namely H→ZZ→2l2ν and H→WW→lνJ. No evidence for an additional signal is found in the region 248–930 GeV.
